Weird, because Jackson also said earlier that New Line wiped all the hard drives that had all the footage, so it meant having to go back and digitize all the footage again to create new doccos... which New Line were not that keen to do.

Yeah, seems that they're adding quite alot - on top of the DVD version of which im happy about

Seems Jackson wanting to release the extended editions first but Warner said no.

Looking forward to this even more now! Seems that they are talking about The Hobbit way to early it doesn't come out in the cinema until 2012!
