Netflix's response to delaying titles!!

I quit Netflix a while back due to inflated Blu prices.

They asked me to "come back"

I called to talk to a rep and asked why they are delaying titles (like it was their decision).

His response was quite comical.

"We are trying to reduce wait times. By putting a hold on titles we are able to acquire more copies, so after the 28 days have passed we will not have as long a wait" I said so now I automatically have to wait one month for some new titles, how does that help? He fumbled and said that Inglorious Basterds is still in his queue!! What a salesman.

Safe to say I am done with Netdix!!
