Hi, rodeo fans please comment. I am going to a local rodeo for the newspaper I write for. I have never been to a rodeo and am not sure what to expect. Has anyone here ever been to one and taken pictures have any tips on what to look out for? Any professional photographers have tips on how to get the best angles, lighting, etc? I took pictures for the FFA livestock show a few months ago and they all turned out terrible the lighting was so bad. I have no idea what goes on at a rodeo or what to expect.
If you were reading a newspaper story talking about the rodeo, what types of information would you care about? I know to get information on the rodeo queen, but I don't know what that is, when they announce it, or anything so I am not sure what to expect. Any tips would be most helpful, thanks. |
