From a german member only, as it seems to be Media Markt exclusive.
But early point to know for sure

AFAIK "MM exclusive" items are just avaible at a MediaMarkt Store, not online (except if someone bought it and sells it onlina via eBay or so).

If you have a MediaMarkt Store nearby, maybe you can ask If they could import it from germany for you. But Online.. just via friends who bought them in the store.

Their first release for rental (with the cool image as front) is stated to be region B. I would assume, that then the domestic release will be Region B, also.
