Animated Fugitive parody with a bear. Anyone remember it?

Anyone remember a short animated parody of The Fugitive where the Tommy Lee Jones character was going after a bear. They met up in a dam spillway. The bear says something in bear sounds. Then the Tommy Lee Jones character says "I don't care". Then the bear jumps.

I feel like this was on American Dad, Family Guy or Brickleberry. Sometime in the late 2000's or early 2010's. But i can't find any evidence of its existence.

Hoping someone else remembers.
