How many BDs do you have in your future buy list?

Each one of us have a buy wishlist. I personally use the program DVD Profiler to organize my collection and my wish list.

Would love to hear guys about your buy wishlist. The first thing is the number of BDs in your wishlist and then the top 5 movies.

For sure the wishlist means movies that are availabe on BD or not released yet but have a determined release date. Movies not announced should not be counted here.

My current wishlist consists of 184 BDs

and here are the Top 5:
1- Doctor Zhivago
2- Gremlins (with Slipcover)
3- The Lovely Bones
4- Beauty and the Beast (to be released Oct 2010)
5- Se7en (To be released Sept 2010)


Would love to see what you guys have under your future buy.

My wishlist currently has 95 titles. Some have already been released and I'm waiting for a better price, but most haven't been released yet. Not sure what would be in the Top 5....

Sure, the price is very crucial thing. I'm waiting for good price too for so many movies. The top 5 is not necessarily the best, it can be the 5 movies you would like to have the sooner in your collection

I've got about 45 movies in mine. Some are just waiting to be released while MOST are like everyone else just wating for that mgic number ($) to come around. AS far as top 5, I'm not sure I kinda want them all NOW

transformers 1 cuz I already own the 2nd one
and Oceans 12 cuz I have oceans 11.

Don't go based off what it's in collection cuz It's outdated and ALOT of those aren't in my collection anymore cuz the women in my life and I are getting a divorce so I'm having to rebuy some that I let her take. So I'm kinda starting form scratch at a certain point.

OK sorry that wasn't needed to say that was personal.... so why don't I just delete it I don't know.

Had at least 100 at one point, mostly titles I already own on DVD and wanted to upgrade to Blu, now down to about 25 after purchases in the last couple of months. My top 5 would be:

Black Narcissus (July release)
Hamlet (Kenneth Branagh's version, August release)
Predator (Ultimate Hunter edition)
Yojimbo/Sanjuro (waiting for price to go under $40)
The Godfather Collection (waiting for price to go under $40)

I have 34 movies on my wishlist that are movies that I have not seen yet.

I have 41 movies on my wishlist that I have seen, but not purchased yet.

I have 52 moveis on my wishlist that I have on DVD that I want to replace on blu-ray.

I have 118 movies on my wishlist that have not been released on blu-ray yet.

AND I have 218 movies that I are on my wishlist that will come out in the next 4 years. Of course I will have to see if I really want them after they come out for sure.

That is about 463 movies. Might as well round it to 500.

I have 55 right now, though only 25 of them have been release so far. Just waiting for the Amazon Criterion Sale, and any other sales that Amazon.co.uk put on.

The same way you add titles to your collection. Instead of designating it to the "owned" category, you choose "wishlist".

About a few hundred. I've been compiling them by country.

These will be my next Blu-Ray buys.

They are of Swedish movies, but with English subtitles. I will have my friend Jönas acquire them for me as he lives there!
