You are well on your way! Get some stands for those surrounds and you're set, man. I'm guessing you're the teen, so bravo for a good start.

Awesome setup man, great start. I love checking out bedroom theaters, especially of young people like myself. They have so much character, and are a lot more fun than a traditional dedicated setup. Looks sick man, and it will look/sound even better when you can get some speaker stands and spread your fronts out a bit.

Also, if your room allows for it, place your sub against a wall, maybe a foot or so away from it. And if you can, experiment with the placement and see which spots around the room will sound better from your seating position. But nice setup, lookin forward to seein your future changes

I agree. Nice start. Work on wires, stands, and seating and you will be good to go. All of your friends will want to hang out at your house.

nice start! just wanna know if you could move your surrounds so that there is a little more space between you and the speakers...being a teen myself I know I love to blast things pretty loud and those would be really close to your head...so...

Hey Everyone, thanks for all the positive comments.
I added some stuff to O/P, check it out. If you think I should still eventually get speaker stands for the front L/R, I would be glad to hear your opinions.

Do you have a room layout with dimensions? That could help with us making suggestions. I think some people have used Google's Sketchup in the past.

Just a thought.

I Have to Say,That I Really Like It.
The Energy Speakers were a good choice.

Though I dont own any,I have heard them, and they do deliver some Great Sound,no matter if its with Music,Movies,or even Ganing.

And the Single Chair approach with a side surround about at ear level on both sides has to give you a feeling of being completely engulfed by whatever you are playing or watching.

I would say something about spreading out the Speakers, but you already know about this. And have the need A/V Furniture and speaker stands needed to take care of that task.

Just spread the surrounds out a little ways further apart, as well as further from your seating area. You will get a Better Over All Balance.
But,Rather I will say Just Try it that way.You may like it better or you may perfer them closer to you, like they are now.

So do whatever sounds best to you.Especially since its Your System,Your Room,Your Money, and Your Ears.
All we need to do is recommend something. Not tell you how to do it,unless you ask.

But I Honestly Believe You are off to a Wonderful Start, with the choices you made in your components(and especially your Speakers)

And once you have the new A/V Center and Speaker stands the Appearance will change and you will also have a chance to try things differently then you did before.

But Thanks for Posting. Its a Wonderful Beginning to Something I Look Forward to see growing with time into One Spectacular System.
Congratulations.
