Default High Def Warner titles not yet on Blu-ray

With all this talk about Paramount and a slight chance Warner could go exclusive HD, what movies has Warner released on HDDVD but not yet on Blu-ray? off the top of my head I can only think of The Matrix trilogy, Batman Begines, and V for Vindetta. What else is there? Thanks

Not "in the news" officially. They had a small insert in the 300 BD up in Canada I believe with a V for Vendetta advertisement.

Warner HDDVDs not yet on blu ray include the 2005 "King Kong" "The Adventures of Robin Hood" (Eroll Flynn) "Casablanca " to name a few.
If Warner were to go hddvd they would have the whole MGM library as wellas Warner Bros.

I though MGM was a Sony company.

Sony owns MGM, but Warner owns all MGM movies pre-dating 1986.

Harry Potter movies are up for Pre-order in EU, Warner distributes in Europe.

Harry Potter 1 till 5, available for Pre-order, release 14 november, on Bol.com (localized to holland).

At the bottom of this page:
http://www.nl.bol.com/is-bin/INTERSH...%2fmini_bluray

Warner usually released there movies in US before they do in EU, so I am guessing Warner will be relasing these movies a few months earlier than 14th of november.
