Question Thinking about the Onkyo 7.2 Channel AV Receiver

Hey Gang,

Wondering for your input. Currently I have the Sony HTIB 5.1 HT-DDW990 consisting of the STR-K990 Receiver. I am looking to upgrade to a better receiver with the speakers that came with the HTIB. I am looking at the Onkyo 7.2 Channel AV Receiver (TX-SR608) (Click Here). What are you thoughts? My current Sony HTIB Receiver doesn't support HDMI Audio and Video (only HDMI Video as an HDMI Switcher) and .2 for multiple sub woofers (which I have a Sony and Quest split currently with a Y cable).

I have a PS3 for my blu-ray movies and games. Currently it is connected via HDMI direct to the TV from where an optical cable is connected to the receiver for sound.

Thoughts?
