DO NOT SKIM THIS POST! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THIS POST BEFORE POSTING A RESPONSE!!!!
I searched and didn't find anything resembling this, so I thought why not try something new. Alright, I have created this thread because, no matter if we like it or not, remakes/reboots/re-imaginings are going to happen and we can't do anything about it. The only thing we can do is sit, wait, and pray that our "classic" films do not get butchered like they so often do. So, here's the deal. We are going to do a "How To Remake" (Insert Movie Name or Category Here). This is were I will name a movie (submitted by the Blu-ray community), and everyone will pick apart that movie on how to improve it for a remake (Everything can be improved one way or another ![]() Everyone is welcome to this thread. If you have seen the movie, please discuss what would make it better. If you have not seen the film, follow the link I provide to information about the film, then discuss it or just discuss the category the film is in and what would make the genre better. But please stay on the topic of the category and film(s) associated with it. To keep this thread clear and ON TOPIC, not jumping around from movie to movie. (You can reference other movies in the same genre if you feel one done something better than the other). We will stay with a movie/category for a few days or longer according to how the discussion goes. If you have a suggestion for a film to be discussed, send me a PM and we will try to get it done in order. So, again, please stay on topic! Please remember to respect others opinions. No one is right or wrong, people just have different views on things ![]() Here we go. Last edited by UK_fan_05; 06-19-2010 at 01:56 PM. |
