Im looking to buy a new ps3 game
Ive been playing modern warfare 2 since it came out, and now im looking to set that aside and buy a new game
im looking for a game with a single player and i good online multiplayer
or even if its jus online, cuz i enjoy that more

wut do u guys suggest?

Battlefield Bad Company 2.

Sounds like it would be up your alley.

If you're really into intense team based FPS, you can look at MAG. Thats MP only though.

Resident Evil 5. Get to play with guns, kill the psychos, and see a pretty good story to its conclusion.

This may be a silly response since everyone with a PS3 probably already owns it, but have you played Uncharted 2?

Transformers War For Cybertron. Solid controlls, good graphics, plays like Gears Of War, good story, good online (Co-op story, Escalation Mode, Online Multiplayer). Go get it.

I agree with this. Really fun multiplayer and a decent campaign (and hilarious).

I just picked up Red Dead Redemption a few days ago and have been playing it quite a bit, it's alot of fun.

i have mw2 and play alot.....i switch to red dead redemption or god of war 3.

gow 3 doesnt have online...but its a really good game...everything about it.

red dead redemption does have online and its just like grand theft auto but in the old west...so its a open world game.

I always go back and play mw2 online a little no matter what...but its good to switch in and out with something different.

UNCHARTED 1 and 2!!!!!!! Uncharted 2 has an awesome multiplayer community, especially if you are into third person online shooters like me (i.e. Socom).

after i beat the single player i wont do anything with it, so it will be a rental in the future

Borderlands. FPS role-playing game. Very awesome. 4 player online co-op. 126 missions.

Definitely more fun co-op.

I haven't played Uncharted or Uncharted 2.

But how about Resistance:Fall of Man 2. Good single player. Good on-line.
Or BBC 2 , MAG.

I just started Borderlands. Seems it's gonna take awhile to finish this one.

The demos for Uncharted 1 & Uncharted 2 don't do either game nearly the justice that they deserve. There is a reason why Uncharted 2 won something like 23 GOTY awards, you know! In fact, there are PLENTY of reasons, not just A reason.
