Default Lipsync issue with Samsung UE46C7000. (UK) Please Help.

Hi. Yesterday I bought a new Samsung UE46C7000
I connected it all up and very happy with 3D etc....... But.

Lip sync problems. I am using a PS3 connected to my TV via HDMI.
The sound is to a Yamaha RX-V357 via Digital Optical.
When i play back a bluray disc i get lip sync issues.
The Amp is about 5 or 6 years old, so no HDMI on the amp.
There is also lip sync delay with Virgin HD channels too.
When I use the sound on the TV there does not seem to be any issues.
Anyone any clues as how to get around this?

Thanks?

Thumbs up Lip synch

Sure. Buy a new 3D ready receiver. Not only will you have HDMI 1.4 inputs and output, but most also have a lip synch control. Check out the new Onkyo TX-SR608.

I recently set up a new system with a Samsung LN52B750 LCD tv, Denon AVR-1910 receiver & PS3 slim. I have lip-sync issues as well. My receiver has an audio delay function so I've corrected it but I'm thinking there has to be a setting somewhere along the line from the PS3 to the tv that is causing this.

When I get time I will try & troubleshoot more.

See I had a 120hz Samsung LN40C650 and I had a big issue with Lip Sync too. I went down to the LN40C550 and it completely went away.
