I just recently added a Samsung LN40C630 120HZ Tv to my setup and now of course I have some audio issues. I have a Sony STR800 receiver and never had any problems before 120hz.
I have used the audio delay option in my receiver, but whats weird is every source has different lag. PS3 (blus) and Digital Cable differ with different movies/channels. Its kind of annoying that TBS may lag, while NFL Channel will not and vice versa. Sometimes it doesnt happen sometimes it does. I searched AVS forums and here, and from what little I found, people suggest using optical cables to output my audio, which kind of sucks because it defeats the purpose of HDMI being a all-in-one |
