From the very beginning of 2010, i've been in Conflict over 2 main blu-ray player models the sony *70 series and the panasonic *5k series. Well, the Panasonic won the war for the main player, for best netflix interface for what I use it for, and a good video processor for under $300 and the fact that it will support 24p for DVD upscaling to make DVD film based sources look the best as possible. Where my challenge comes in and why it was hard to decide on which unit to get was, sony supports mp4 right from the computer for viewing on the TV which as a video professional, is a popular format I work with. For the panasonic, I have to convert the files to divx first for the player to recognize them, This is minor since the majority of the features i was looking for was the 24p for upscaling and the other benefits of panasonic's processinlg technology. My question is, where can I find divix content for download without having to buy anything? AND NOT illegally distributed content.
