Just wondering how many people can actually do this without heating issues.
I just picked up a new HTiB and would like to now keep my PS3 in the cabinet instead of sitting on top of it for aesthetics. I tried to do it with my Fat PS3, but it soon protested with the fans going into overdrive while playing back a Blu. I have a Slim in my bedroom and am thinking about swapping places with the Fat in the living room but only if I can successfully keep it happy inside the cabinet without heating woes. FWIW, I do have computer fan hooked up to blow out the hot air in the back of the cabinet and am looking into another USB Fan I've seen around here in other threads if needed. If you do keep it in a cabinet...What methods are you using to keep the heat accumulation in check other than keeping the doors open during use? Thanks in advance for some insight and suggestions. |
