Default "Honey, I Shrunk The Kids" Coming Soon??

Was flipping through channels and I found it playing on Hub HD.. Never heard of this channel before, but it looks great in HD!! So, is this a clue it could be coming soon??

Not really a sign of it coming soon as there are so many catalog titles that have HD masters without any release dates in sight. With that said, I do have a feeling that it'll be released later next year, or more likely 2014 for its 25th anniversary.

I actually recorded this back in April or May when HUB was advertising it as one of their movies for the month. It's still on my DVR, actually. I really wish this film would make its way to Blu. If I'm not mistaken, it wasn't even treated to an anamorphic transfer on DVD (I could be wrong though).

I would love to own both this and Honey, I Blew Up the Kid, but both are pan and scan transfers on DVD, hence why I don't own them. I'd love for Disney to release both in a 2-Movie Collection the way they have with Father of the Bride, Sister Act, and Princess Diaries.

You wouldn't want "Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves"?

I have seen this film in so many YEARS that it is ridiculous. Though I remember that it was a pretty good movie at the time that it was released. I would buy this if came out on blu-ray.

I loved this movie when I was younger. I had the VHS that had the Roger Rabbit short before it. I would LOVE for this to come out on blu.

They might as well include Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves. I found it entertaining enough that I'd take it as a "bonus feature" along with Honey, I Blew Up the Kid if all three were released in a single Blu-Ray package. It was directed by Dean Cundey and co-written by Joel Hodgson...at least there's a pedigree there.

This deserves title of "classic"

Not sure it's value today among blu-ray lovers. However if it gets done I hope "Blew up the baby" gets in on a new transfer on it's coat-tails.

I'd buy a 2-pack for 20-25$

I really hope it comes to blu. Also saw the HDTV airing and it's a pretty solid improvement over the (fullscreen.. or is it open matte?) dvd. Still have my old laserdisc copy since it has the Tummy Trouble short.

The VHS still has the short (depending on which one you buy). As do the DVDs and BDs of Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

So strange that this one still hasn't made it to Blu-ray yet. The DVD is so sub-par.
