United Kingdom Die Hard Quadrilogy

Does anyone know if this has a confirmed release? I have found it on several websites (Tesco - £49.97, Zavvi - £52.85 , The Hut - £52.85, LoveFilm - £52.93, Asda - £52.93, SendIt.com - £53.89)

However they all have a 1st January 2013 release date on them and are available to pre-order

I've looked around the site and can't really seem to get any useful information. I know the films are available to buy separately (except Die Hard 3, which you can import from Australia). But how is it that the US has a quadrilogy and Australia has one, but we don't?

Wouldn't you rather wait for Die Hard 5 to be released in 2012 then grab the complete collection when it is finally released?

Basically here in the UK, Buena Vista own the rights to Die Hard 3 as opposed to Fox owning the rights. Their DVD Edition for the film was less than perfect. It was heavily cut and featured a hefty amount of EE!
They don't seem to be too keen on releasing a lot of their stuff on BD. They were fairly reluctant to join forces with Fox to release the Quadrilogy on DVD so I'd be surprised if they've signed on for a Blu-ray Boxset.
Given the date provided, I find it fairly unlikely that this release is coming out. If I were you, I wouldn't place a pre-order for a title supposedly coming out in 2013. It will more than likely end up getting pulled from websites soon.

Did it get passed uncut on the DVD Quadrilogy Boxset Release or was it just for Sky?

I'm not considering buying or pre-ordering this, I was just intrigued. Just seemed a little strange to me haha. And yer I would rather wait for the complete collection, bring on Die Hard 5

I imported the Aus release about 3 years ago, and I'm pleased with the disc.

Must have been just for Sky, Die Hard with a Vengeance is STILL badly cut in this boxset apparentely.
