This is one of the retailers I use this side of the pond. They have been quite aggressive with their pricing of late and have been undercutting Amazon (on some deals by a significant amount).

They were called DVD.CO.UK and are a long established site and I have had no problems dealing with them over the years.

If you choose a category on the left hand margin, you can set the sort to "low to high price" for a trawl for bargains.

In the UK I get free shipping, so I can't compare P&P for you to North America, but there is a "click to see foreign shiping charge link" for each item. A single/double disc seems to be £1.29 and £3.29 for box sets.
