Note: This list will only include discs that are in full 1080p 3D. 720p 3D discs will not be included here.

KEY: * = Native 2D, Converted to 3D ^=Native 3D <=Majority 2D film with select 3D sequences

I can't believe Despicable me will be a general release, and so soon too. I thought for sure Samsung was going to take it for an exclusive. Great news!

I believe Imax's "Deep Space" is actually called "Space Station" though.

Once Avatar 3D Bluray is released we'll see a huge spike in the 3D space, cheaper 3D tv's and lots more content!

Really good job on this list. I was hoping Avatar will be exclusive only for a few months. You can add Imax: Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia (http://www.hd-report.com/2010/09/16/...ms-to-u-verse/).

What I read was that Avatar would be an exclusive for an "unusually long" period of time. I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts a year.

Panasonics contract ends in June 2011 according to the moderator. Of course Fox and Cameron could wait longer if they want just because they can

Exactly. My Panasonic rep says that the exclusivity deal ends 6 months after the release date which is supposed to be early December. (Panasonic and Sony are notorious for being late on most shipments of products, Samsung for being Early.) However, just because an exclusivity deal ends, that doesn't guarantee an immidiate general retail release! Monsters Vs Aliens can be released at any time now, but it could be a few days, weeks, months or maybe even a year before it is announced. I'm guessing it'll either be announced in the next few weeks or that it wont be and it will be a long time before it hits. Early 2011 or later.

That may be true for most exclusive deals, but I read in many articles that Avatar's exclusive deal was going to be "unusually long" whatever that means.

Wells Sony's exclusive deal is only 60 days long for Alice in Wonderland and Bolt. So compared to that 6 months is unusally long.

I was looking at the Full HD 3D titles list. I thought it was already confirmed that the Dec. 19th release of TS3 was not 3D version but a Spanish version.

Afraid so

The December 19th release of Toy Story 3 is clearly not a 3D version.

Personally I don't expect any Pixar movies on Blu-Ray 3D until Cars 2 is ready for release since Pixar is probably releasing 2D versions of Finding Nemo and The Incredibles this Spring first before any Blu-Ray 3D versions of any of there movies.

Just one comment =

I HITE the deals where manufactures and the studios push exclusive bundles with 3D movies. It is not good for the adoption of the 3D technology. Instead, they should work in strategy to place a lot of 3D HDTV and 3D Movies in every house.

i just bought a panasonic VT20 3d tv.. so hoping I will be able to get Avatar in 3d.. Pansonic dont seem to be very quick at posting out stuff though.. i'm due 3 free blu-rays for the last month and there's no sign of them to turn up so it could be well into the new year before Avatar is available.. they have at least said it will be available to people who have bought tvs this year, not just from november..

Does anyone know whether I'll be able to buy the Shrek movies as a new owner of a Samsung 3D TV? I just bought it today, but for some reason I think I'm getting the old bundle with Monsters vs. Aliens. Is it worth calling Samsung over? Would I be able to show them my receipt date? I got such a good deal on the TV I didn't bother to worry about the starter package, just wanted to make sure I was getting one with 2 pair of glasses, and I'm also getting the blu-ray player, as well.
