My friend's problem

Hey there everyone, so my friend keeps on getting the Error 80029564 at 14% whenever he tries to install something. This has happened before with demos, but eventually it worked out. However, this has to do with Borderlands DLCs and we really want to play them haha.

He's downloaded 2 of them in the background, one at a time NOT in the background and now with a wired connection. Still nothing is working out... he read to keep on trying wired and not in the background, but is there anything else he can do?
