United Kingdom Wait For Cheaper Deals - Tv on Blu-ray!

I've never bought a tv show on blu-ray on release day, I always wait a few months - I don't wanna pay 30-40 quid for a boxset - anybody else do this too, just look at the savings I made.

Supernatural seasons bought for under ten pounds each.
Lost all seasons for 9.95 each
Vampire Diaries seasons 1 / 2 bought at 9.95 each
Fringe seasons 1 / 2 bought for 8 pound each!

Definitely worth waiting especially if you've already seen that season on TV

Doesn't always work, just look at the Star Trek season sets. They still average £40-£50 each.
I try to limit myself to a maximum of £20 a season, but obviously the closer to £10 the better

It depends, really. For example, Friends and Homeland had great discounts via vouchers from HMV so in those cases, I pre-ordered but for stuff like House, Scrubs etc. it's best to wait because they'll always drop. Still waiting for a good deal on BSG, I'd bite at under £40, but any higher isn't worth it for me. Not watched it before either.
