It is logged in as Region-Free by the distributor, but I don't have a disc with me to confirm for all of you.

This is really worth a watch...its very entertaining...by the end you cant help but root for these guys.
Im actually going out to get their album, just to add my support to the band...the work and effort they have put in over the last many many years, is incredible.

Received the Blu-Ray today -- it is locked to Region B according to the message I get from the PS3.

Now, if only my replacement Momitsu (it arrived broken) would arrive soon.

*edit* Just read elsewhere that "Anvil" is 1080i/50hz. Will that play on the Momitsu?

If it's 1080i/50hz it can be as region free as hell, and still not play on a US Blu-ray player...

Your Momitsu will play 1080i/50 content without a problem - it is a Region-Free player. Standard (or native if you will) Region-A players are the ones that cannot playback 1080i/50 content, regardless of whether or not the 1080i/50 disc is Region-Free.

I was getting very confused, as I was trying to search forums for an answer, and some people said a U.S. Sammy TV is unlikely to be able to display 50hz content. But I like your answer better, Pro-B.

Good to see you again. Yes, you should be able to play 1080i/50 content without a problem with the Momitsu.

Watched this last night -crap. I honestly thought it was a piss-take.

I know why they never made it because their tunes were garbage.

No sex, no drugs and definitely no rock and roll. A pub band.

Nice people I'm sure but I wasn't rushing to iTunes afte watching this which is where the problem is. They're crap.

I'd bet my left foot Canadian tax payers paid towards this documentary.
