There was if I remember. We did the transport for it. I wasn't on it, I was on season 1 of game of thrones at the time, but some of my team went onto it. It was great fun to work on.

Did the VFX crew get shafted then? Or maybe it was just me?

I haven't seen it, but we did get invites. It was a cast and crew screening in Dublin. I couldn't make it as I was on another movie at the time.

avforums gives it a very high rating. Very generous amount of extras for a film that was barely in theaters anywhere.

Unless it was widely released in Ireland. Was it?

Had a press screening at the Edinburgh Film Fest but didn't get to see it. Heard a lot of great things! Was part of a team who read and critiqued the script for the directors next film, 'Our Robot Overlords'. I'm legally not allowed to tell you how it ends! :P

I was wondering if anyone knows if this release is region free? I read a review that had it listed as multi-region, but thought I'd ask here before contemplating a purchase.

I really have to bite the bullet and buy a region free player. I think if American Mary is B locked as well, I'll get serious about it.

I imported Grabbers after amazon UK listed it as region free as well as the review above, but the copy finally arrived today and it's definitely locked region B.

Possibly. This is what I paid: 14.54 GBP = 23.2480 USD

Make me an offer.
