I have never seen any 4-disc cases that are as thin as the 1, 2 and 3-disc ones (12.5mm). I'm pretty sure Viva Elite has the slimmest ones at 15mm but I've been looking for those for awhile now and no one seems to have them.

emailed CBS several times about a replacement case for CSI season 1. they never respond.

They have 3-disc BD cases, but they also have multi-disc DVD cases if you wanna go that way.

Check it out and look around. They have a lot of cool stuff.
