floor type

hi, im going to have to choose next week what kind of floors i want in my new appartment, but i have a few questions regarding to the type of floor.
what is the difference between tile floor and wooden floor for the speaker sound in my room ?

And also what is going to be the difference towards my downstairs neighbour?
especially in regards to bass output.

both the wooden floor and the tiles would have a concrete floor beneath it.
