Could someone help me that has used the Capcom store before?

I made an account to pre-order dead rising 2. After I made the account. I logged out. I try to log back in and it says its a invalid email address. But they sent me an email right after I made it. What do I have to do?

EDIT: I guess I am the dumbest person in the world. After about 2 hours I think my problem is. I never fully completed the create account sheet.

This is what I did. I clicked register with new account. Put my name, etc. After that I got my 10% off coupon. I then went to buy something. Had to put email address again with PW. Put where I lived, etc. But I decided to wait. It didnt cross my mind that I never completed it. So for 2 hours I thought I did complete it. I feel so stupid lol.
