It is just a re-badged Sharp player, not up to former Pioneer snuff. Avoid!

Since sharp is doing pretty much all pioneer for a while now and no one seen any difference in quality between 320 and 330 (333) i would say live with it

wow, i was going to ask the same thing. BB had one on "clearence" for $299 it was in the box. but i wanted to check here first to see the details. so its NOT worth it, ok, so the 33 is just a Sharp to. i'm NOT saving for the 09, so i'll guess i'll found another 320....
