The Dreemworx Man Cave

Greetings board members.
I've taken some time to put up some pics of my Home Theater.
It is within my Man Cave.

Around 2 years ago I had the bad luck of having my original Man Cave flooded out (Seattle for you), and had to craigslist everything. I mean everything, except my existing PC. I went down to the slab and to the studs. Surprisingly the slab was in greeat shape and the only issue was a crack in the verical wall of foundation in one small area, which I had professionally pressure sealed and then I also did a drain field to boot.
Now that the 'leak' was fixed...onto remaking the Cave.

I started with hi tech carpet pad with foiled both sides. I added a luxurious stain master DuPont synthetic carpeting that is amazing on the bare feet.
Painted the entire basement and added the accent wall for HDTV side, and then started to add the brand new furnishings.
I had already redone every window in house with vinyl double paned tinted windows a few years back.
I also rebuilt the adjacent bathroom totally from slab up.

I then used the Sony Bravia 52" as my centerpiece and added black leather furniture around it all with matching accent rug and runner under the barstools.
I added a plexiglass/ teak kidney shaped bar with 2 black leather bar stools for snacks and drinks.
The wood is teak and oak and the tables have stone squares in them in order to not worry about coasters for drinks.

The heating is forced air from the ceiling, baseboard (new) heating on the wall near my PC, and a fireplace that will be going gas eventually. In addition, I use the Rabbit Air BioGS SPA-582A Ultra Quiet Hepa Filter. I strongly recommend these for the guy who wants his Home Theater dust free, and I mean really dust free.
I run a dust wand over everything about once every 2 or 3 months and it's minimal. It uses 3 different filters and has a hi tech operaters panel.

I can play my electric guitars down at any level, normally I watch BluRays at higher volumes lol. I can go on my PC which was built for online first person gaming back a few years ago, I know there are even faster PC's now but, I stopped gaming to play Guitar again and hobby into BluRay movies.

My audio is a Bose home theater system that is fed by an optical input directly from the television. I will eventually upgrade, when I can afford it, to true 7.1 but the Bose system uses engineered "surround" that has alot of people turning their heads around even though it is all frontal. I even play recorded music CD's through it to jam along with my guitar amps.

I hope somebody gets a kick out of the pictures, I know my guests all love to watch movies down here.
