Maybe my expectations were higher, maybe I have the overall volume too low (with the kids sleeping)? But I really haven't been amazed with Band of Brothers audio so far, I seen the first 4 episodes.
What gives? I was anticipating a visceral experience, but haven't really noticed it, especially in the LFE. I'm afraid to ask, but would it have anything to do with having purchased the British version? My first guess is that I'm just too low on the volume, with the kids sleeping I'm extra sensitive to that, but even still I can't say the sub is being pushed or used much on explosions, or tanks, or aircraft scenes. Anyone else have thoughts about this? Should I just crank it up more? I wasn't planning on posting a thread like this, but after reading the audio review again it really seems like I'm missing something here. |

also how far away he's sitting combined with low volume and that sound can just get destroyed over long distances. I'm about 6-7 feet max away from my bedroom speakers, so if your any more then that and keep it "low" your probably losing a ton of sound.
