Man oh Man... what should i do

ok so i have two home theaters right...you can see from my sig what i have running...i more enjoy and seem to spend more of my time in my living room...dont ask me why but its such a hassle to go into the theater room as its upstairs in a bedroom ( i own a cape)..so heres what i can do...i can sell my polk lsi speakers...my samsung tv...my onkyo receiver from down stairs...and my theater seating...then i move the denon receiver, rotel amp and svs subs downstairs 13x12 room...return the 58vt25 and get the 65vt25 and sell the svs12nsd...then buy my dream couch ($3000)...so my new theater would be my energy speakers...two pc12plus subwoofer...denon avr3311ci...rotel amp and dream couch...i will end up with a decent amount of money in the end...what would you do??????
