I don't know, I thought that Phoenix costume was quite well done.

Yeah, it was definitely the best of the bunch. But Iceman? I was sent the link because of the Magneto costume. a mutual friends son is going to sport a home-made costume this year and that was an example of how not to do it. Looks more like Ming The Merciless.

Ice Man and Jubilee are definitely not the X-Men to model for costumes. Jubilee usually looks like a hobo and Iceman is just...ice.

Those are some sad costumes, all right.

My saddest costume was when I went as Robert Smith of The Cure. I broke my foot the day before and was on crutches. Everyone though I was a battered wife.

Those remind me of the simpsons episode where Homer helps Lisa with her costume and it looks like crap then she gets rewarded for having no help whatsoever. Of course Ralph was Idaho with a piece of paper on his shirt.
