flipper disc issues

Is anyone having issues playing the flipper discs?

I bought Letters to Juliet and it will not play on either of my machines.

I updated the firmware on both of them and then even went and picked up a new copy of the movie and it still will play. One says cant play and the otherone just says stop.

I have the Pioneer Elite BDP-95FD
and the Panasonic BD30

I have a lot of Blus and this is the first one that I have had not play.

Any one have any ideas?
