Smile de Blob 2 – Colourful Painting Platforming [PS Move + 3D] OUT NOW!

Unfairly overlooked perhaps?

Yees.

According to Wikipedia (no source given) the original game's soundtrack is included in the PS3 version.

As you can see from the boxart, it's Move compatible, not required.

I'm picking this up today and shall let everyone now what I think. Ill try with both the move and normal controller, and 2d and 3d. So I think I have all the basses covered for the ps3 release. The first game was excellent and this looks to be even better and not just because it is on the ps3/360 as well as the wii.

You can play the original for free on pc if you want to get an idea what it is like. It started of as a student project and THQ took note and bought the right s and made the first de blob and know the sequel. I can do a full write-up for you if you would like and address any issues you would like me to if you would like. Personally I have blind bought it based on the strength of the prior game and it looks to be a nice counter to the overly serious and violent games. Not that I don't like violent or serious games, I just also like a change in pace.

ps: If your up for killzone 3 add me Gabi_1987

I've been playing this quite a bit recently and am loving it. I may even be liking it more then killzone 3. Time will tell but the 3d seqences are extremely fun and the 2d sections are every bit as fun. My only complaint thus far is its difficulty level. That bieng said it is not a game that is trying to be hard, just loads of fun, and thus far it exceds all expectations I hd for this game. If your not sure but think it looks fun, I say go out and buy it I highly doubt you will regret it.

On a semi-side note, De Blob 2 has the best 3d I have seen in a game thus far (no doubt helped by the bright colours as will as the paint that flicks of the blob and arrow that follows him when he has no paint etc). Yes the 3d is even better then killzone 3 (though I can't say which is my preffered game yet).
