Default Need some help picking out a new Blu-ray player.

I have had two of them stop working on me in the last year. I have had the BDP-1600 and 3600. I liked the 3600 10x better. The 1600 has been giving my problems since day one. I am not sure what to go for. I don't have the internet hooked up to the players. I am thinking or hooking internet to it but not 100%. Not really looking to get a PS3. I don't play enough games. I am thinking of spending $150-$300. I was looking into the Samsung BD-P1590. I am just scared that a third Samsung player would be another bad pick on my part. I would really like to get a player that has netflix. The main reason I want to hook up an internet connection. Anyone have any suggestions? I would love to hear from anyone.
