Yeah, Toshiba, just like the "super upconvert DVD player" is going to be the next big thing after HD DVD died, right?
That company used to be one of my favorites, but they do everything possible to carve out their own niche so they can make the money exclusively. And this is coming from someone who used to be a proud HD DVD and Toshiba DLP TV owner. They just seem to always be pushing against the grain these days. And isn't that TV they're "launching" in Japan going to be 15" and something like $12K? Yeah, I know in time the price comes down, but that'll catch on real fast here, lol. And with what, I was reading like 9 sweet spots and that's it? |
