Finally got this today. Decent looking video and audio is good. Subtitles are in English and German and the English ones are correct translations.

Extras are Audio commentary from Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning and Joan Jett; a featurette and original US trailer.

And I can confirm that the audio IS German and English in DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1.
