Just received an item which I bought from The Hut. And guess what... It is the wrong film!! They sent me "Queen, Rock Montreal & Live Aid" instead of Elf

. How can this even be possible! I have use them quiet a few times and have never had a problem. I have another order with them

. Just hope they don't do it again

My mum ordered 'Emma' on DVD for my sister a few weeks ago, and received 'Cats & Dogs'. The Hut need to get their act together.

They charged me twice for an order that took 2weeks to arrive ...

not a place i would rush to use again!

They sent me 'The Wolfman' steelbook damaged the other week. I requested a refund, but they sent me a replacement - damaged again. When I queried this, they sent me a refund, but not ordered me to return the other SB.

Odd.
