Is there an existing release of this movie anywhere on Blu-Ray ?? I've searched for it but didn't find anything.

Does anyone have some info ?

Not released yet.

Dang it, I want one too! My parents blind-bought the DVD years ago, and I loved it ever since. I still have their copy, but BD would be cool.

There's a smallish, dark road that leads down to my subdivision, and every time I see somebody riding a bike down that road I think of the scene with the old woman riding the bike from this movie and I get a little chill.

I'd buy it

Looks like a couple of my post got deleted because I included a link to a DL site... sorry bout' that.

Like I was saying, if you guys want to check out a really good movie thats got the same vibe as ITMOM, check out the reviews for this movie Sur le seuil/EvilWords. Its a 2003 release made in Quebec and its got that cool little B-Movie type feel to it.

I lost my original copy and got another one recently for $9 at FS. Well worth the money IMO.

They Live isnt the apacolypse trilogy its The Thing, Prince of Darkness, and In the Mouth of Madness

Dude, it is... I find its got a darker vibe than ITMOM. A must in anyones collection for sure.

actually, its neither an old man nor an old woman, its the paperboy (points to the scene when the grey haird character is on the floor next to his bike, speaking in a childs voice "I can't get up! He won't let me get up!"

It's a New Line (now Warner) title, so I wouldn't expect it until Warner starts getting to their secondary titles. Most of Carpenter's catalog seems to exist with companies that are BR slow (Universal having most of them). I'd expect an overseas release before an R1 release (like a lot of Carpenter's other films).

I wish The Criterion Collection would take a look at this movie, it's quiet deep and experimental for a 90's horror film.

Love this film although I enjoy Prince of Darkness quite a bit more (my favorite Carpenter film).
