Help with Panasonic 3d blu ray player

Hello I just had to return my nx810 sony to abc warehouse because of issues I was having with it. i was able to exchange it for a vt52 panasonic and it came with a bundle which included the BDT-100 blu ray player and the coraline/ice age 3 blu ray kit.

My question is I was wondering what was thought of the BDT-100 panasonic blu ray player. My receiver has 1.4 HDMI so I only need one output. Is the hdmi on the blu ray player 1.3 or 1.4? Also how are the loading speeds? Is it a fast loading player? what is the quality of the picture and finally is it wi-fi?

Sorry for all of the questions as I am very busy with grad school and work and did not have time to look and figured my fellow blu-ray forum members could help me out. I have not opened the items yet as I was waiting to see if there is a better panasonic player available. I am also thinking about selling the 3d kit with coraline and ice age 3 as I have heard the glasses are not as nice. Is this true? Thanks again and your responses are greatly appreciated.
