Has anybody seen or care about Prom night? Is it worth buying?

it wasnt too bad... I liked it enough to see it once - but to buy it? naa.
Especially for the 40 bucks it would cost down here in Canada-ville. :/

Stay away from that movie, i work in a blockbuster, rented it for free and still wasnt worth it!!

it could have been really good........its a pretty dark movie and there is a rather high body count , sadly there is little to no gore and the killings are rather bland , so its really just a average slasher , worth a rental .

I have a serious problem with knowing that all of these modern-teen "horror" remakes are going to be horrible but I keep seeing them. I even bought "One Missed Call" (although only about $8, still not worth it) even though I knew it had a 0% rating on RT.

I just want good, new, modern horror. The Descent was alright. P2 is the last thing I can think of that I saw that was decent. Would like a Blu release.

I'm going to give this a rental. I just wish they had made it as an r-rated movie. I can't stand PG-13 slasher movies. I know the blu-ray is unrated, but it's not the same as if the movie was made to be r-rated from the start.

Damn man, not even 1 good response, if I really feel the need for a blu this week, maybe Id be better off with street kings!

Street Kings looks interesting, but will be a rental. New blu release for me this week = Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles.

In my book, any movie with zombies that come out at night is considered horror. I get what you mean though, maybe it had too much of a mainstream feel to it.
