Knight and Day Price Error at best buy

Hey Guys,

Was at Best Buy last night, and what a nightmare that was.

Anyways Knight and Day the blu-ray, DVD and digital copy is priced wrong in there flyer and there website for 25.99. When scanned its 32.99

When in fact the 25.99 is for the holiday pack which is only the blu-ray and dvd.

The sku in the flyer and online is for the holiday pack.

I was able to get the blu-ray, dvd and digital Copy for 25.99, The manager told me that there is a e-mail for this correction from head office.

It's still not fixed for the three disc online. With it qualifying for free shipping, everyone can just order it without issue for now.

The sku is wrong on the website, its for the Holiday edition. The Manager at best buy told me the skus were wrong.

But I am sure they will fix this soon.

Look at the futureshop website 34.99 for it. That would be a good price match.

Was it stickered with a price tag (with an actual price on it and not blank)?

If it had no price, you should've SCOP'd (Scanning Code of Practice) it to get another $10 off...

The FS website also currently has a price error on this. If you search 'Knight and Day' on the FS site, a few hits show up, but the one with the WebID: M2184768 shows the "FS Exclusive BD/DVD Holiday Combo Pack" for $14.99. I printed it off the FS site and went to the store. However, the cashier rang it up at $27.99. I explained the a/n, showed her the printout, and she called over the manager. He checked into it further, said the a/n FS WebID number is "a mystery" as it shouldn't be on there, but told her to give it to me for the $14.99 price in this case. But she gave it to me at that price minus the 10% price matching (FS was actually PM'ing itself?). Anyhow, got the "FS Exclusive" set (not sure what's exclusive about it - it's not a steelie) for $13.89 plus tax. Blind buy - reviews don't seem too good on the forum but the full BD review on this site (and a couple of others) seem to say it's an enjoyable 'popcorn' action/comedy flick with great PQ/AQ. For that price, I took a chance.
