Share your Audyssey Calibration Tips

Just wanted to know if anyone here could share the results they had with Audyssey calibration and how they obtained them. I own a Denon AVR-4310ci and just recently purchased an Emotiva XPA-5 and was wondering if I should run Audyssey by placing the mic in front of every sitting location, or if I should just put it different locations in my living room as well as sitting locations. Any tips on how to achieve the best sound is always appreciated.
