Godfather Set Replacement Case? Help.

Can any direct me to a seller/company that carries a replacement Blu-ray case for the Godfather Blu-ray set?

I came across links like this:

However, I still want the paper insert to fit in there perfectly (I don't want the spine to bleed the front or back covers of the insert).

I know there are threads (and google results) that have similar info, but there's no mention or confirmation of one that actually works for Godfather.

And yes, I know this is a little strange and anal, but every time i pop that movie in, the sound of the moving discs (due to the hinges snapping during shipping) is the most annoying sound ever.
