Trouble with new Sony BD Live interface and Sony Rewards. - Blu-ray Forum

I picked up The Other Guys and Resident Evil Afterlife and went to register them using Sony BD Live. The BD Live interface has changed my user name no longer fits! It stops my from typing anything in with two letters to go.

I contacted customer support and the women on the phone had no idea you could even register disc. I explained to her the Sony Rewards page has a whole club and sited dedicated to that feature but she told me to call back tomorrow and talk to some one else.

Has anyone else had this issue?

What are the benefits of registering your disc? Noob here myself

For every ten you register you receive a $10.00 coupon towards any of the rewards on their site. I have been doing it for over a year and a half and never had any issues.

I called the 1-800 number for Sony reward again and they told me I need to call Sony BD-live but I have not gotten around to it yet. Here is the number if you feel like taking a crack at it: 1-800-860-2878
