I have some MP3 collections that I've purchased off of Amazon's MP3 service of classical music. They're from X5 and are really nice and they're part of the "99 Most Essential..." series.
So I'm trying to back them all up on Data DVD's, and I just got a three pack of Verbatim DVD+R's (Dual Layered) discs. Now they hold 8.5G, but it won't let me burn. Nero keeps telling me that there's not enough space on the disc, even though the second time I tried this it was less than 8 gigs worth of stuff there. The bar at the bottom is still GREEN which signifies that you don't have too much material to burn. If it turns red, that's when it's over the limit. Does anyone know what's the issue here? And barring that, is there another program that I can use to burn multiple folders of MP3's on to back up my collection? I wanted them on disc so I could also toss them into my DVD Player from time to time and just play them off that as well. NOTE: there's no DRM on them. |
