Of all the Blu-Ray editions of Predator there are in the world, which has excellent PQ and is playable on a Region A player?

None of the releases that are currently sold has excellent PQ. This said, the disc below has the most acceptable presentation of the film:

Ever is a very long time:

Considering the fact that the ultimate edition was meant to be it, I'd recommend that you do not wait, and pick yourself a copy of the disc I linked to you.
