1) Obviously if I own it I'm not going to buy it again!
2) Must be a film. So no documentaries, concerts, tv series etc
3) If it's just stupid I wont be getting it. i.e. a Romcom, little kids film etc
4) No more than £13
5) Region B

Flash Point is a really good call by the way.

I'd like to suggest The House Of The Devil. It's a slow burning horror set in the '80s. I'd say it's a mixture of the occult and haunted house. This isn't The Amityville Horror though. It's more akin to Rosemary's Baby.
