Default Lionsgate's Blu-Line Feature - Why not used more?

I finally unwrapped my copy of Doctor Strange this weekend (and enjoyed it quite a lot!) and was interested in their Blu-Line bookmarking feature. Why isn't something like this available on all their titles and across more studios? Simple bookmarking is quite useful (particularly for a reviewer like myself) but it's a nice little bit of interactivity to show off.
