It's difficult to say with a show like AD. The first ones are easiest to call the best, especially with those who are not AD junkies like me. The jokes on those were self contained, so you picked up on them much more.

I believe the second half of the last season was the best of the best of Arrested. "Mock trial with J Reinhold, sung by the Hung jury..."

It's one of the best shows I've ever seen, but it all just blurs into one epic, amazing, hilarious story... couldn't really decide on a favourite episode.

I guess the episodes that give George Snr the most screen time?

All of season 2 is my favorite episode...I need to rewatch it again, it's been too long.

Arrested has to be one of the wittiest, funniest, most clever, most deliberately written show that I have ever seen. I absolutely love it. Its one of those shows that, even though I've watched every episode probably 10 times, it's still just as funny as it was the first time. The subtleties, the cues, the hidden jokes that run throughout the entire series. I love it all lol

I feel exactly the same way. I find every joke in it to be funny, and most are laugh out loud funny even after watching the series all the way through several times. There are many scenes that make me laugh just thinking about them.

The best part about the comedy is that each joke tends to either progress the narrative or develops a character more. There is very little arbitrary humor in it. It is absolutely the funniest show I have ever seen.
