Help Needed Finding This(tv stand part)

Guys this maybe the oddest question I have asked here
I'm trying to find this tv stand part

I'm looking for the metal tubing you see on the outside of the frame,
I need to raise the top part an inch or so to fit a center channel speaker
I'd really like to know if it's possible to purchase these parts
seperate from the entire stand.

If not any ideas on how to raise the top part an inch two at most without
altering the look of this stand?
